I decided to choose nature for this photoshoot I shot outside with my friend and got some good pictures This was a challenge for me because I don't typically like shooting nature so instead I shot in nature with my friend so I could do both portraiture and nature.

For photo #5 I decided to shoot food. Original unedited F4 Shutter speed 1/100 and ISO 100EditedDuring this photoshoot i learned to work with light to make sure the texture is seen. You must make sure your light highlights your texture instead of smoothing it over.
In this assignment we were supposed to take a regular picture of the school and with the aid of photoshop make a photo that isn't realistic. I decided to add a ballerina dancing with lilo and stitch. We learned how to make shadows and more about quick selection. Original PhotoPhotoshoppedDuring this photoshop assignment we were taught how to stitch photos together to create a panorama. I learned how to use photoshop to create a panorama I also made sure to use manual focus rather than autofocus. It was difficult to make sure that each picture was exposed the same, especially with the sun setting so fast
This photo I decided to shoot pictures of animals, mostly the animals in my house, but also other peoples animals. I had a few challenges shooting pictures of animals, below are my favorites. Original Photo (unedited) F4 ISO 100 Shutter speed 1/125Edited PhotoI had a great time taking pictures of animals. One thing I learned was that you must always have a fast shutter speed. Also it's best to hold something behind the camera to get the animal to look right into the lens.
This photoshoot I decided to shoot another open focusing on street photography. Eventually I would like to do street portraiture but it's too cold for that right now. I shot my photos downtown Ann Arbor and it was different cars, people, signs. For this photo I started to use the curves tool in photoshop to add contrast. I think that this created more drama in the photo. Iso 100 Aperture F1.8 and Shutterspeed 450 I learned a lot from this photoshoot, one thing was that your photoshoots won't always go as planned. I initially wanted to shoot architecture at the museum of art in Ann Arbor. I shot some pictures, but then I realized they weren't my best work. I asked my dad to drive me around downtown and I got way better photos. Sometimes with photography you have to go where the photos take you.
